Notes
Subscribers receive emergency services from any scene within Good Fellowship Ambulance's service area without cost. Without a current subscription, one ambulance ride could cost you hundreds of dollars. As a subscriber, you will have no out-of-pocket expenses for emergency services.

Disclosure:
*The subscription program will be utilized to offset the cost of any payments, co-payments and deductibles that you may incur as a result of utilizing the ambulance service. The subscription program is applicable to only Medically Necessary EMERGENCY ambulance care and transportation to any of the surrounding acute care hospitals in the immediate area. Non-subscribers will be obligated to remit all payments, co-payments and deductibles as required by their health insurance plan. In compliance with Pennsylvania laws, a copy of the official registration and financial information may be obtained from the Pennsylvania Department of State by calling toll-free, within Pennsylvania, 1-800-732-0999. Registration does not imply endorsement.
All donations over $100 are tax deductible. Upon submission of your donation, you will receive a letter attached to your donation confirmation email that can be utilized for tax purposes.

Subscription Levels:
Single Senior Citizen Subscription – Covers 1 adult (65+)
Individual Subscription – Covers 1 adult
Senior Couple Subscription – Covers 2 adults in a household (at least 1 adult must be 65+)
Family Subscription – Covers all family members living in the household
WCU Student Subscription – Covers a current student enrolled at West Chester University
