Stress Management for EMS

Stress Management for EMS Breathing & Physical (Yoga) Techniques This Level One course will provide EMS personnel with information on the connection between wellness and job related stress. Participants will learn specific breathing techniques for coping with Job related and work incident stress. Participants will also learn physical techniques, which include linking breath and movement. These beginning techniques will build strength, flexibility and balance, which are the building blocks to regulating stress and creating a healthy lifestyle. Materials: Wear athletic/ exercise clothing (Mat will be supplied)
